Site work and renovation of a civil project in Newport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Combined Water System Modifications. The project consists of modification work and equipment installation at four facility locations in the Newport Borough Water Authority (NBWA) system. The facility locations include the River Filtration Plant, Howe Treatment Plant, Well #1 facility, and Red Hill Booster Station. Generally, work will include removal and replacement of existing equipment, installation of new equipment, and all related work to suit the modifications at the four locations. Majority of the equipment will be Owner supplied and Contractor is to install and perform all associated work to provide a complete and operational system. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 11/20/2022 12:00 AM Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. All questions regarding the Project and Bidding Documents are required to be submitted through the PennBid Web Portal.
