Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Albany, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project scope includes construction of an approximately 10,000 SF, one story facility to house the Albany Transit System (ATS) administrative functions, passenger amenities, and Greyhound intercity bus operations. The project includes a "through-block" bus island and canopy with bus bays for both ATS and Greyhound. A small surface parking lot is also included for staff and patrons.
