The City of Albany strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this bid. The City of Albany reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Provide and install building: 1. The City of Albany will provide sitework. 2. 50' x 108' x 12' eave height post-open shelter post frame building. 3. 12' bay spacing. 4. 18" overhang off each gable end. 5. 26-gauge galvalume roofing material. 6. 2" Tubular steel engineered truss system. 7. 8x8 pressure treated posts. 8. Concrete and rebar footers. 9. Ridge cap, eave trim and gable trim.
