The City of Albany strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this bid. 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. A Contract Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder. This project will be bid on a lump sum basis for all specified work and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Disposal shall be through City of Albany Solid Waste Division. Contractor is responsible for contacting them at 229-883-6950. Contractor is responsible for all disposal fees. Contract must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Performance will be monitored and documented by the Project Manager.
