Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 29,250-square-foot theater / auditorium.
Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workman like manner, the Work required for the Renovation, including all Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the City of Fremont, Fremont City Auditorium. Fremont City Auditorium Renovation project includes but is not limited to a major renovation of the interior space, building systems and exterior work. The auditorium consists of approximately 29,250 SF, which included approximately 2,612 SF of Basement, 19,506 SF, 1,632 of office space, and 5,500 SF of tiered seating area above the Main Floor. The building was constructed in 1936 and is a two story building with on full main floor, one partial floor above grade, and a partial floor below grade. The building is being renovated for use as a city event center. The majority of the work is located on the main level of the building, other work only as indicated in the construction documents.
