the purchase of the following: 72.5kV Power Circuit Breakers The Work includes furnishing Two (2) 72.5kV SF6 Outdoor Power Circuit Breakers. Deliver circuit breakers FOB, City of Fremont, NE. Each bidder shall submit with each proposal a certified check or bid bond by a nationally recognized company, countersigned by a resident agent, payable to the City Treasurer of the City of Fremont, Nebraska, the amount of which shall be not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price and which shall guarantee good faith on the part of the bidder and the entering into Contract within 15 days after notification of acceptance at the price bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price will be required of the successful bidder at the time of execution of Contract.
