Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wayzata, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Mobilization 2,000 CY Common Excavation 1,500 CY Select Granular Embankment 3,800 SY Full Depth Reclamation 3,000 SY Mill Bituminous Pavement 1,500 TON Aggregate Base 1,600 TON Bituminous Paving 2,000 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 650 LF RC Pipe Sewer 13 EA Drainage Structure 1,600 SY Sodding Type Lawn 1 LS Traffic Control The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Wayzata shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
