** Award is anticipated on 4/6/2021 ** The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Clearing and Grubbing 3,200 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 1,500 C Y Aggregate Base Cl V 20,000 S F Concrete Sidewalk 300 S F Retaining Wall 1,500 L F 15" - 24" RCP Storm Sewer 3 EACH Relocate Hydrant 1 LS Salvage and Reinstall Signing 1 LS Pavement Markings 1 LS Erosion Control 3,600 S Y Turf Establishment The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Wayzata shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
