Renovation of an educational facility in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project includes major interior renovations to the existing main office and administrative area complete with plumbing, electrical and mechanical upgrades. Please direct questions to the construction manager. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be made payable to the Board of Education Elmhurst CUSD 205 The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. G. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Addendum #1-#5 have been issued as of 12-1-2022.
