as of 7/31/2019: AWA will be on 8/13/2019 The work consists of, but is not limited to: mobilization; furnishing and installing video detection on existing traffic signals at intersections at Pinehurst Drive/Mindenvale Drive, Cypress Point Drive/Elinvar Drive, and Slate Drive; traffic control, cold milling of existing AC pavement; AC overlay; upgrading existing P.C.C. access ramps where needed to comply with current ADA standards; adjustment of valves and manholes to grade; inclusion of buffered bikeways where feasible, and roadway pavement signing and striping. 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed. Said prevailing rates are available from the State of California Department of Industrial online.
