Replace the chilled and hot water system valves and actuators in Buildings 501, 502, 503, 504, 506, 517, and 518. Demolition of water storage tanks, fence around elevated tank, existing pumps and associated electrical panels, chemical storage shed, and existing splash block. Modify existing water loop to remove water storage tanks from loop and add pressure reducing valve assembly, valve box, and piping from existing water storage tanks.
