Replace damaged VCT floor finish, vinyl base, ceiling tile system, and light fixtures with new in the existing cafeteria and two classrooms adjacent to the gymnasium. In the cafeteria and two classrooms, paint all walls, interior/ exterior doors, interior/ exterior door frames, and accessories. New ceiling tile system shall be 2’×2’ located at height of existing. The kitchen serving room adjacent to the cafeteria to receive new ceiling, lights, and wall paint. Serving room quarry tile finish to remain. New light fixtures shall be LED. Interior walls, doors, door frames, and accessories shall be prepped for proper paint application. Paint material shall be compatible with existing wall material and existing paint finishes. Cafeteria paint colors will consist of (2) two tones of paint. All exposed metal conduit to be painted to match adjacent wall. New VCT floor finish shall be applied using a high humidity adhesive. Remove existing wood gym floor finish material completely. Prepare existing floor for installation of new wood gym flooring system. Gym floor replacement will include the removal, storage, and protection of existing wood bleachers for reinstallation.
