This project involves the improvement of 0.35 miles of Poplar Avenue and 0.22 miles of Dunlap Street in the Medical Center District of Memphis. The work includes streetscape improvements including sidewalk replacement, raised median installation and landscaping, drainage replacement, signing and pavement marking improvements, and traffic signal modernization at four intersections. A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the "Tennessee Code Annotated" and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished.
