Questions or Requests Due October 29, 2021 @ 2:00pm Questions and Answers Posted November 2, 2021 @ 4:00 pm Once the Bid has been published, all communication regarding this project must be directed to Procurement Services. All questions or requests for clarification of technical issues and terms pertaining to this Bid must be emailed to Kim Carpenter, carpenterk@scsk12.org and LaJuanna Jones-Sulton, jonessultonlm@scsk12.org by 2:00PM/CST on October 29, 2021. Subject line of email shall read "IFB# 11092021LJS Winridge ES Building Repair". Questions must specifically reference the section of the Bid to which the question pertains. In order to prevent an unfair advantage to any respondent, all questions and answers will be posted as an addendum on Procurement on November 2, 2021 by 4:00PM. The SCBE requests bids for Winridge ES Building Repair. The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. The Scope of Work includes the repair work of damages to Winridge Elementary School's interior and exterior building. The damages included impacts to the exterior that consists of the brick veneer, through wall flashing, weeps, cmu wall, rigid insulation, window unit, window screen and surrounding site area. Also, damage included impacts to the interior that consists of the window sill plate, base cabinets, countertop, window shade, mounting strip, ACT grid, VCT flooring, vinyl base, paint finishes and minor furniture damage.
