Site work for a water / sewer project in Madisonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of approximately 4,119 LF of 15" sanitary sewer by open cut methods, one 6-foot diameter manhole, 14 4-foot diameter manholes, a drop manhole, 144 LF of 24" steel encasement installed by boring and jacking, along with other miscellaneous items along Brown Road (KY 254). Bypass pumping will be required and the responsibility of the contractor. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Madisonville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. City of Madisonville, KY
