Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Madisonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project consists of removing a portion of an existing concrete pad, leveling the site and constructing a 80 ft x 100 ft building pad made of compacted soils with a compacted 6 inch DGA stone surface. A 5% bid bond is required with the bid. The Hopkins County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any information or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Hopkins County Fiscal Court assures that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this request for bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin on consideration for an award.
