Elements of work include, but are not limited to: Temporary erosion and sedimentation control; installation of tree protection fencing; removal of existing gravel path, concrete paving, concrete curb, broken concrete wall, site furnishings, and trees; removal and relocation of existing boulders; grading and modification of drainage system; installation of asphalt paving, concrete paving, broken concrete wall, and concrete band; installation of play area and fitness equipment, and synthetic playground grass surfacing; installation of irrigation system; installation of electric conduit and lighting fixtures; installation of chain link fence, site furnishings, and totem pole provided by others; hydroseed, planting, and site restoration. Additive #1: Install a new drinking fountain Additive # 2: Install picnic table, bike rack, movable tables and chairs; landscape boulder, and carving on landscape boulder. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Park Development type of project with a Past Performance of 25% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
