NAICS code is 332312 with a size standard $500,000,000.00. v) Offerors shall provide pricing on company letterhead and Schedule of Items. vi) The contractor shall supply all personnel, labor and supplies for the prefabricated weathering steel trail bridge. Additional information can be located in the attached Statement of Work. vii) Delivery of the Bridge to the Turkey Creek site is required between September 16th and October 5th. The exact date of delivery is dependent on when the Forest Service construction crew has the site ready for installation and will be coordinated in advance between the supplier and the Contracting Officer. viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. ix) Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies.
