Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Potosi, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County Commission will be accepting bids for Basement Walkout Demo and Replacement at the Washington County Courthouse. Interested bidders must contact the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule a time to review the project. Bids must be submitted in writing to the County Clerk's Office. All interested bidders must contact Maintenance Supervisor Duane Fitzwater at 573-315- 1368 to schedule a time to review the project. Contact Jeanette Allen, County Clerk for specifications at 573-436-7704 or jallen@washcomo.us. 1. Remove existing retaining walls, steps and slab, and haul off all materials. 2. Pour and raise new retaining walls approximately 18 inches more than existing walls. 3. Raise elevation around walls approximately 12 inches and taper away from retaining walls and building to parking lot. 4. Pour new steps and slab. Install approximately two drain troughs in slab and connect to existing drain. 5. Install tapered landing at top of steps to parking lot. 6. Raise existing curb in walkway.
