Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of 1,150 lids and rings for water meter pits as specified below: 18-inch recessed ring, locking lid with recessed opening to accommodate the Neptune Trident 10 Procoder water meter with integrated r900i radio register with antenna, iron construction (preference for American made products). Bidders should specify if lids can be cast to include the City of Potosi, and provide pricing both with and without name casting on the lids if applicable. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids and make any award in the best interest of the City. The City also reserves the right to accept the bid it judges to be the lowest or best, or to reject any or all bids.
