Allow Electronic Quote: No Demolition Services The Maryland Stadium Authority ("MSA") is accepting proposals from Prime Contractors to provide the scope of services set forth in Attachment E, generally relating to abatement, deconstruction, and/or demolition for [property][properties] identified and selected under Project C.O.R.E. (the "Program"). Specifically, MSA is seeking proposals for abatement and demolition services for the property located at 2200 Aisquith Street. The term of the Contract will be for a period necessary to complete the scope of work and as agreed upon by MSA and theContractor. Note that Offerors are to include a detailed schedule for completion of the work based on the scope set forth in this RFP. The final schedule will be incorporated into a contract award, and may differ from Offeror's RFP submission based on the property or properties included with the final award. The contract that results from this RFP will be for a fixed fee. The Contract amount shall not increase unless agreed to by MSA and evidenced by an executed contract modification. All questions are to be submitted via email to the Procurement Officer no later than 12:00 pm (Local Time) on July 8, 2019. Time permitting and at the Procurement Officer's sole discretion, responses to emailed questions may be given prior to the Proposal Submission Deadline.
