BCPS City College - Package 2 This project includes the renovation of the existing Historic Baltimore City College Main Building, existing Annex Building, and a New Addition. The Gsf breakdown is as follows: Main Building: 302,683 Gsf Annex Building: 23,568 Gsf New Addition: 22,979 Gsf This project will be constructed in multiple phases. The 1st phase consisted of an early release package (including demolition, abatement, and select MEP). The 2nd phase will consist of Surveying, SOE, Earthwork, Site Utilities, Structural Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Waterproofing, Roofing, Drywall and the remainder of the MEP scopes. Please read the scope of work to get a full understanding of the work to be completed in this phase. The 3rd phase will consist of all remaining trades. The Contractor or Supplier who provides materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for this construction project shall attempt to achieve the MBE goals as follows: Total *MBE = 33%, with sub-goals: *African-American = 8% and *Women Owned = 11%. *Must be a Certified MBE through Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT).
