The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC). A JOC is a competitively awarded, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract for a collection of tasks involving HABC-owned properties. The Work includes repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, and structures. Under a JOC Contract, the contractor is required to furnish all management, documentation, labor, materials and equipment needed to perform the Work. Multiple contracts will be awarded for General Construction (GC), Mechanical, and Electrical trades. It is anticipated that awarded contractors will be asked to perform design services on some projects. Self-performance requirements are 10% for GC, 50% for Mechanical, and 50% for Electrical.
