Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Working plans call for the construction of a 61,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established This new preschool campus will consist of a main building of approximately 54,000gsf and a secondary building of approximately 7,000gsf, both to be constructed by a single general contractor as part of a single construction project. Both are single story buildings for early childhood education use and consists of mainly load-bearing concrete masonry structure with typical school materials such as TPO membrane roof, aluminum storefront and windows, interior metal stud partitions, etc. with outdoor parking and play areas. This project does not include any offsite improvements. The package includes, but is not limited to: structural erection, thermal and moisture protection, framing, casework, glazing, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, and fire suppression. Proposals applicable to Work Package Two will be considered.
