**As of September 26, 2019, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** Replace Doors, Fire Station No. 1. The project scope consists of window and door preservation. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management in the follow category of work: General Building Construction. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The amount of no less than five (5) percent of the greatest bid amount including alternates.Performance bond and also labor and materials or payment bond by a company authorized to do business under the laws of the Commonwealth and satisfactory to the Awarding Authority, each equal to 100% of the Contract price Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Entire project shall be completed within 90 days. The Town of Stoughton reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if it be in the public interest to do so.
