Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of September 4, 2024, project is canceled. Project is no longer needed. The Town of Stoughton, the Awarding Authority, will accept sealed bids for the construction of a 6-space gravel parking lot with 1 paved ADA accessible parking space and associated site improvements, including a mulched monument area and proposed trail access path. Work will also include the installation of approximately 305 linear feet of wooden guardrail along the perimeter of the parking area based on the scope of work and in the bid documents . The Town of Stoughton, the Awarding Authority, reserves the right to accept any bid, and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities, if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so. Question Deadline 08/21/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Procurement Officer 3 rd Floor Stoughton Town Hall, 10 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA 02072 or through email at bids@stoughton-ma.gov and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
