Portland State University is proposing to build an entry ramp on the 4th avenue side of the Richard & Maurine Neuberer Center (RMNC) connecting to the main entrance into the building. The purpose of this is to allow anyone with mobility challenges to have access through the main entry instead of needing to go around the building to access the elevator from a lower parking garage level. The secondary part of the project is the storefront entry replacement and the wood railing removal. The building has recently gone through a name change so some documents may reference to the building as the Market Center Building or MCB.
