The Project consists of constructing approximately 5 miles of 8-inch diameter to 12-inch diameter ductile iron and polyvinyl chloride recycled water and potable water pipeline in paved and non-paved roadways and easements, connecting to existing pipelines, pipeline valves and appurtenances, a guided auger bore trenchless roadway crossing, five pressure reducing stations, and roadway paving for a complete in-place operational system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
