Monterey One Water (M1W) is requesting bids for the CCTV inspection of private sewer laterals in the Castroville and Moss Landing area. Sewer lateral inspection will include accessing private property and inspecting laterals from the cleanout to the sewer main in areas at up to 101 addresses in the project area. This project is part of an enforcement action settlement between the Central Coast Water Board and M1W. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to download and print all Contract Documents for review and to verify the completeness of the Contract Documents before submitting a bid. No Bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price. The Bid Security shall be in the form of (a) cash, (b) a cashier's check made payable to M1W, (c) a certified check made payable to M1W, or (d) a Bid Bond, in the form set forth herein, executed by an admitted surety insurer, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure section 995.120, in favor of M1W.
