Site work for a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed under these Special Provisions consists of the following: Robla Community Park in Sacramento at 625 Bell St. The improvements will consist of .ADA swings, sand play area improvements, bench, trash receptacles, picnic tables, basketball court and parking lot striping, tree planting, and irrigation Improvements.Winners Circle Park in Sacramento at 951 Dixieanne Ave. The improvements will consist of playground improvements, fabric shade canopy over the playground structure, benches, trash receptacles and picnic tables, basketball court striping, tree planting, and irrigation Improvements.Strawberry Manor Park in Sacramento at 200 Danville way. The improvements will consist of bench and picnic table replacements, fitness equipment, fitness equipment installation, and valve box lid replacements. Questions and Resolution of Discrepancies: No oral representations or interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the contract documents. Request for interpretation shall be made in writing, and delivered to the City at least seven (7) days before the time announced for opening the proposals. Interpretation, where necessary, will be made by the City in the form of an addendum to the contract documents, and when issued, will be sent as promptly as is practical to all parties to whom the bid documents have been issued via online.
