For Request for Qualifications for Parking lot and Storm Drainage Repairs Cumberland County is soliciting statements of qualifications for architectural/engineering firms experienced in design, bidding, construction administrative oversight and construction inspection of the Cumberland County Headquarters Library parking lot slope, parking lot and storm drainage repairs caused by Hurricane Florence in September 2018.
