Barnstable High School Field of Dreams Ph 1 Athletic Support Building Project - Filed Sub-bid The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, The project Scope for Phase 1 Athletic Support Buildings generally includes but is not limited to the complete construction of five ground-face concrete masonry unit buildings consisting of the restroom, concessions building, the press box, two (2) dugouts, and a prefabricated site assembled shade structure. Plumbing The General Contractor shall be responsible for all other Work and assuring that proper and timely coordination takes place between the Phase 1 Athletic Support Buildings Contractor and his Subcontractors and the Phase 1 Outdoor Athletic Improvements Contractor. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. To receive consideration, proposals shall be submitted on the appropriate forms no later than the above date and time schedule for the opening. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any or all proposals or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town.
