The City of Saraland Fire Department is accepting sealed bids for Five (5) Fire Station Garage Doors. Three (3) doors for Fire Station #1 and Two (2) doors for Fire Station #2. All bids shall be submitted on an Official Bid Form. The officials of the buyer reserve the right to accept the bid they deem is in the best interest of the department. The buyer will be the final authority in determining compliance with the specifications. Bids shall be sealed and marked Fire Station Garage Doors, along with the date and time of the bid opening. The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the requirements of the attached specifications. Fax and Telephone bids will not be accepted. The buyer will not be responsible for bids opened in error, which are incorrectly or inadequately marked. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. All documents and bid forms included with this package shall be submitted in the original bid. No additions or modifications will be allowed after bids are opened. The buyer reserves the right to reject any or all bids with or without cause.
