Prequalification Required: Y Project involves performing upgrades to pumps, piping, chemical feed systems and electrical systems; construction of masonry building additions; and installation of 20-inch buried water main and accessories. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Bid proposals from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Emerging Business Enterprise (EBE), Small Businesses Enterprise (SBA), Service Disabled Veteran and or Veteran-owned Business (SDV/SVB), are encouraged. The Racine Water and Wastewater Utility reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
