Renovation of a municipal facility in Norwell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 09/19/2019 No start and end date. The Work includes lead remediation of interior and exterior wood surfaces as well as repainting as described in the specifications,appendices, and drawing set, in accordance with the documents prepared by TBA Architects, Inc. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders are not required to be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Town of Norwell. Otherwise, the deposit will become the property of Projectdog, Inc. Bidders requesting their refundable paper set to be mailed must supply a non-refundable shipping and handling fee of $40.00 payable.
