**As of September 4, 2019 construction is expected to start the week of September 16, 2019. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The Village of West Salem reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
