Questions Deadline: July 26, 2019 4:30 pm This procurement may be subject to Chapter 5 of the Canada Free Trade Agreement ("CFTA") and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement ("CETA"). The LCBO expects all suppliers to adhere to the LCBO's Supplier Code of Business Conduct, which is available on the LCBO's website under "Doing Business with the LCBO". The Supplier Code sets out principles applicable to all suppliers (including both suppliers of beverage alcohol products and suppliers of non-alcohol goods or services) that wish to establish and maintain a business relationship with the LCBO. This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the "LCBO") to prospective respondents to submit a proposal for the provision of general facilities maintenance services in approximately six hundred and seventy (670) LCBO Service Locations throughout the province of Ontario, as further described in Appendix A - "RFP Requirements". The respondent selected through this RFP process will be requested to enter into negotiations to finalize an agreement with the LCBO for the provision of the requirements described in Appendix A. The LCBO intends to enter into an agreement substantially upon the terms and conditions in Appendix C - "Terms and Conditions" with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement, including any extensions is to be for an initial period of two (2) years commencing upon a date to be determined by the LCBO, with up to four (4) separate one (1) year options in favour of the LCBO to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions. Respondents should note that the LCBO will also have an option to cancel the agreement for convenience upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the successful respondent.
