Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,564-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Farragut is requesting bids for: Contract No. 2019-06 Anchor Park Renovations Construction of Restroom, ADA Access to Athletic Fields, Plaza and Renovated ADA Parking This project is funded in part by a grant from the Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF) administered by the Recreation Educational Services Division of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. The Town of Farragut reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Contact Matt Brazille or Sue Stuhl at 865-966-7057 for further information. The Project shall be completed in its entirety, including completion of any punch list items, on or before 180 days after the date affixed to the Notice to Proceed provided by the Engineer to the Contractor or by April 1, 2020; whichever occurs first. In the event the Work is not completed in its entirety on or before the Completion Date, deduction for Liquidated Damages shall be made as defined in Article 7 of this Agreement
