Project No. 30423.058.01 Estimated cost: $350,000- $375,000 Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the City of Airway Heights, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price. The Base Bid project generally consists of about 1,250 feet of 5.5-feet wide concrete sidewalk, about 452-feet of 10-ft wide asphalt shared use path, modular block retaining wall, fencing, grading, minor drainage revisions, landscape restoration, pavement striping, and related work. Thirty (30) working days will be allowed to complete the work.
