Site work for a water / sewer project in El Reno, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project includes replacement of approximately 300 LF of 18" Gravity Sewer, with 18" PolyPipe constructed by directional boring. The project consists of: Minor pavement removal and replacement, 300 LF of polypipe directional boring, construction of four manholes and other Miscellaneous Appurtenances. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least fi ve percent (5%) of the amount of Proposal, as guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and furnish the acceptable Performance Bond, Statutory Bond, Maintenance Bond, Owner's Protective Liability Policy, Defect Bond and Certifi cates of Insurance within fi fteen (15) days after the award of the contract. The time allowed for completion of this project is 21 working days. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project within the allotted time or authorized extensions thereof shall be $350.00 per working day. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, for the benefi t of the Owner. Maintenance Bond equal to twenty-five percent (25%) for the first year, and ten percent (10%) for the second and third year.
