Site work for a water / sewer project in El Reno, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of: 2 Bores totaling 450 LF of 8 HDPE Pipe and 3 Manholes for replacement of an existing gravity sewer line, and demolition of 2-8 aerial sewer creek crossings, along with other Miscellaneous Appurtenances. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least fi ve percent (5%) of the amount of Proposal, as guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and furnish the acceptable Performance Bond, Statutory Bond, Maintenance Bond, Owners Protective Liability Policy, Defect Bond and Certifi cates of Insurance within fi fteen (15) days after the award of the contract. The time allowed for completion of this project is 20 working days. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project within the allotted time or authorized extensions thereof shall be $350.00 per working day. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, for the benefi t of the Owner.
