Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in El Reno, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 9/1/2022 project was already awarded for $439,087.50. The project consists of: Removal of existing side drain piping and minor grading and replacement of side drain piping along with a concrete apron with subgrade material and other miscellaneous appurtenances. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of Proposal, as guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and furnish the acceptable Performance Bond, Labor & Maintenance Bond, Owner's Protective Liability Policy, and Certificates of Insurance within fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract. The time allowed for completion of this project is 60 working days. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project within the allotted time or authorized extensions thereof, shall be $350.00 per working day. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, for the benefit of the Owner.
