Renovation of a library in El Reno, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The City of El Reno, Oklahoma is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of 18 commercial windows and marble sills as well as the replacement of two (2) commercial wood doors for the El Reno Carnegie Library located at 215 E. Wade St., El Reno, Oklahoma 73036. 18 Aluminum white commercial windows 2 x 4.5 thermal break frame and bronze over low-e insulated glass. Colonial Style. 1 pair of 6070 solid wood stained commercial doors with center mullion. 1 inch insulated glass bronze over low-e inserts (see attachment for window insert style). Replacement of transom to match the doors. Replacement of the window sills with Carrara marble sills. Price should include labor and material and disposal of existing windows and doors. Warranty information. Liability insurance verification.Timeline for install within 60 days.
