Demolition, site work and addition to a medical facility in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a 624-square-foot medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition, site work and addition to a 7,600 square foot medical facility. As of November 16, 2020, a general contractor has not been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The building will be a little smaller than 40 feet wide and 90 feet long and will be in front of the current building. A covered walkway about 10 feet long will connect the new building with the existing one. The building will have two stories and a basement. The basement, which will have window wells to provide light, will have storage and a conference room. The first floor will have 15 multi-purpose exam rooms for counseling, primary care and other health needs and a new waiting room. The second floor will house epidemiology and administrative offices.
