Demolition and site work for a residential development in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Bids shall be received for seven properties for the asbestos abatement (as applicable) and demolition on a lump sum basis. A cost estimate is not available for this project. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the City of Sandusky is taking special precautions to follow the State's. We ask that each responding company send only one representative to the bid opening. Upon arrival, the representative shall have their temperature taken and shall wear a mask. Once inside the building you will be seated in the Commission Chambers six foot apart from any other individual. If you choose not to attend the bid opening, you may Contact Megan Stookey with your information and a Microsoft Teams link will be sent to your email so you may watch remotely. All questions shall be submitted no later than Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 8:00am through written means only and directed to the Director of Planning, Angela Byington at abyington@ci.sandusky.oh.us This project is not prevailing wage. The successful bidder shall be required to pay wages equal to or exceeding the minimum wages as currently published by the US Department of Labor and HUD-4010, Federal Labor Standard Provisions.
