Creston Landfill Phase 2 Valley Fill and Drainage System Upgrades project. The work includes site preparation, excavation, relocation and re-compaction of waste. Also includes excavation, shaping and installation of surface water drainage infrastructure including: HDPE pipe work, geotextile and geomembrane installation, and placement of drainage aggregate.
