Renovation of a municipal facility in Creston, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Creston is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced companies to provide and undertake energy efficiency upgrade services at the (CEC) Creston Education Centre. The Town intends to evaluate and negotiate with proponents to provide a more efficient HVAC system for this location while at the same time providing the best value to residents and ratepayers. The Town of Creston is open to reviewing proposals that utilize alternate materials, system components and/or schedules and which fit within the framework of the project scope and intent and meet all required Codes, Acts and Regulations.
