Through its subsidiary CBT Property Corp., Columbia Basin Trust invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to provide general construction work required to complete the conservation of the red grain elevator, located in Creston, BC. The Project scope includes, but is not limited to, minor structural foundation repair, intumescent paint to interior structure of the drive aisle, electrical upgrades such as a fire alarm system, site grading works, securing guard rails and ladders, and installing a fall arrest system. The Elevator is located at 215 Northwest Boulevard, Creston, BC.
