Questions regarding this RFQ must be received at the Purchasing Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2019. Caldwell County has the need from time to time to require services of an Engineering firm for design, inspections, review and/or engineering for projects within Caldwell County. The County is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms or individuals who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to provide the County with such services. The resulting contract(s) will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) style contracts. RFQ to be in accordance with Section 2254.004 of the Texas Government Code. Contract Term: This service shall be for a period of two (2) years from date of award. Contract may be extended for an additional two (2) year period, provided both parties agree in writing to do so, prior to expiring. Any extensions shall be at the same terms and conditions, plus any approved changes. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
