A. Materials to be used are a smooth gray granite and a bronze plaque. B. Rough Dimensions (provide dimensions in Attachment 3 - Pricing Sheet): 1. Height is approximately four feet (4'); 2. Width is approximately three feet (3'); and 3. Depth at the base is approximately two feet (2'). C. Granite monument may be constructed of several pieces. D. County is responsible for permitting. E. County will provide the monument base. F. The budget for this proposal is twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) with the preferred solution being under fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
